Daytona 500!

Daytona 2 p.m. ET Sun. FOX

Today is the Daytona 500! Blogging about no other! It's the "superbowl" for Nascar!

They called it the Big D, and no one had ever seen anything like it. Two and a half miles around, with sweeping, high-banked turns, Daytona International Speedway created an instant sensation among both the townsfolk and the people who would eventually compete on it. NASCAR founder Bill France Sr. moved Daytona's annual big race from the oceanfront to his mammoth new facility in 1959, and even tough, grizzled racecar drivers were left gawking.

I am hoping my favorite Driver - DALE EARNHARDT JR. Wins this race!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

Happy Valentines Day to all my readers!

My husband, Rick and I are going out to Dinner Tonight after I think 2 years, ALONE!

No kids, No Whining, A NICE Peaceful Dinner! We are going to Jimmy's Charhouse in Libertyville. I love Jimmy's, it has nice ambiant lighting, actually sometimes it feels like it's too dark, and can't even see! It is special to us because we also had our rehearsal dinner at Jimmy's.

The kids and I are spending our day making cards. Valentines Day cards for Daddy and Birthday Cards for Grandpa, who is 68 today! Happy Birthday Grandpa!

Video Mail?

Video mail is the newest and coolest thing! Instead of typing an email to friends and family far away, or close by. You can tell them what you need to and they can see you. I have personally tried it and I LOVED IT!

The digital problem: Today, our digital lives are scattered. You have music on CDs, MP3s and iPods. Your photos may be on your hard drive, on a photo storage website, or still on your digital camera. Your movies are on DVDs, saved as files on your computer, or still in your camcorder. And, you may be using one service for plain text email, a different service for IM, and yet another one for blogging.
The VMdirect solution: VMdirect’s exclusive web-based products are designed to help you manage your digital life. With so many ways to record our lives digitally, people need to manage their digital content from one easy to use application. helloWorld, available only through a VMdirect affiliate, is that application! Finally, it’s easy for all of us to create, publish, store and share our digital lives.
